| Job Description / Responsibility |
- The incumbent is responsible for overall activities and outcome of an assigned account.
- He or she must handle development and order processing from initial stage till shipment with full responsibility.
- Thorough knowledge in, Denim and Non Denim fabric and it’s washes and costs
- Able to handle costing, order processing with approval & buyer correspondence independently
- Preparing regular updates for Management review
- Should be able to handle minimum two accounts with 4-5 factories from costing to garment shipments
- Assignment of Jobs and monitoring the activities of team Members.
- Monitor production and ensures time schedule and quality of merchandise.
- Monitor opening of s by the Factory and processing of shipping documents
- Follow-up and knowledge of commercial, such as LC, back to back LC, Shipment, booking and shipping documentation etc.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure best price (cost breakdown)
- To join the meeting with buyers (buying meeting / visit factories)
- Place purchase order to suppliers
- To follow up the running orders to be sure that the initial delivery date is respected
- Get preform invoice back and check PI
- To manage the sampling in each steps
- To launch the production and confirm delivery date with supplier
- Quality Inspection’s planning and booking
- In line / final inspection
- Interlocutor between supplier and customer
- To visit factories and make in line inspection
- Handling paper work such as P/O and shipping set of documents

- Age 28 to 35 year(s)
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Candidate need to have good command over English for communication
with clients, concerning approvals, delivery schedules, and samples.
- The Applicant should have experience in both the following areas:
- Garment buying house
- Sound Physical & Mental health condition.
- Dynamic, knowledgeable & self-starter.
