Software Engineering Sr. Analyst / Analyst, Billing Solution Overview: Ensure and execute Configuration, deployment, administration, operational maintenance and end user support on billing system ensuring customer satisfaction, quality in delivery, compliance need and protecting revenue. Job Responsibility Ensures quality & timeliness of Configuration Management, Operation and Change Management of billing system as per business dynamics. Communication with  Vendor for defect resolution as per SLA Ensure stakeholder support and ticket resolving according to SLA. Ensure compliance & security of operations Ensure billing system related project assignments and AD tasks and maintain AD SLA/KPI. Education & Experience Requirements BS in computer science or engineering/equivalent degree Skills and Experience: 2-4 year Experience in related field is preferred Strong knowledge in SQL/PLSQL preferred. Knowledge RDBMS and Linux /UNIX system preferred Knowledge in Java, PHP will add advantage.
