Major Responsibilities
- Prepare potential customers base list, communicate with customers
through direct call, SMS, Email, physical visit regarding ICON products
- Generate sales lead from potential customers and also hunt for new sales leads from the existing customers
- Maintain relationship with existing and potential customer to
acquire information regarding their requirement and ensure delivery of
appropriate services
- Escalate clients problems to Group Icon Manager for resolution
- Assist in proper distribution of various gift vouchers and physical gifts.
- Prepare report on customer last usage and last payment by checking the pattern of usage and payment in Tabs module

Required Academic Qualifications
- Graduate from any reputed University
|
|
Required Experience
- 2 years of experience in the relevant field is preferred
|

Required Knowledge & Skills
- Basic knowledge of Telecommunication
- Basic understanding of industry & market dynamics
- Basic knowledge on computer skills (MS Office)
